Cognitive and Experimental Economics Laboratory

CEEL is one of the oldest experimental economics laboratories in Italy and develops interdisciplinary research on economic behavior, cognition, and decision making.

The laboratory

Mission and structure

CEEL research relies on experimental methods to advance the understanding of how human cognition shapes economic behavior. The laboratory works in an interdisciplinary environment linking economics, cognitive psychology, and organizational studies.

CEEL also supports the training of young scholars through workshops, research fellowships, doctoral-network collaborations, and infrastructure for the design and implementation of experimental sessions.
